Services are governed by separate fiat-denominated service agreements. USD payments are recognized at their full contractual value.
TOTOz is a non-economic access and participation token. It does not serve as payment, voucher, or store of value.
TOTOz may also provide priority access to certain services with limited availability, such as quota‑based residency or visa programs, subject to provider terms and capacity.
Any secondary market activity for TOTOz, if it develops in the future, is separate from and does not affect the USD value of services purchased from providers.
The USD value of services to be rendered is based solely on the USD (or USDT) amount received from the client and the terms of the applicable service providers.
TOTOz is not purchased directly by clients and is allocated, where applicable, as a participation credential.
