  • TOTOZ.io is a platform operated by Oz Capital Corp. that connects individuals and businesses with a global network of independent, trusted service providers offering residency and asset protection solutions.
All residency, visa, tax, and asset protection services are provided by independent third‑party service providers that are accredited or approved by Oz Capital. TOTOZ.io coordinates access but does not itself provide those professional services.
TOTOZ.io is the online platform brand, while Oz Capital Corp. manages the prepaid service credit program and relationships with independent service providers.
You access services by purchasing prepaid USD or USDT service credits through Oz Capital or its partners, then applying those credits to eligible residency and asset protection services available via TOTOZ.io.
Services may include assistance with second residency or visa pathways, company or trust formation, and other asset protection structures, all provided by independent, accredited service providers accessible via TOTOZ.io.

TOTOz Utility

TOTOz is a utility token that functions as a prepaid service voucher for priority access to residency and asset protection services from independent service providers, subject to their terms and capacity.

TOTOz is not sold directly to clients. Clients may receive TOTOz as a bonus in connection with their purchase of prepaid service credits through Oz Capital or its partners.
TOTOz may be used as a prepaid service voucher for priority access to eligible residency and asset protection services, including certain services with limited availability, such as quota‑based visa or residency programs, subject to provider terms and capacity.
For every 1 USD in prepaid services, clients may receive 5,000,000 TOTOz as a bonus allocation. This reflects prepaid service voucher utility and does not represent a purchase price for TOTOz.

TOTOz is designed to complement, not replace, fiat or stablecoin payments. The value and scope of services are determined by the USD or USDT amount you pay and the terms of the applicable service providers.

No. TOTOz is not an investment, does not represent an ownership interest in Oz Capital, and does not provide rights to profits, dividends, or any other financial returns. It is a prepaid service voucher only.

No. Visa and residency approvals depend on the rules, processes, and decisions of the relevant authorities and service providers. Neither TOTOZ.io nor TOTOz can guarantee any approval or specific outcome.

Any potential listing of TOTOz on third‑party exchanges would be determined by those exchanges and other market participants. TOTOZ.io does not operate any secondary market for TOTOz and does not guarantee that TOTOz will be listed anywhere.

Any secondary market trading of TOTOz, if it develops in the future, is separate from the services accessible via TOTOZ.io. The USD value of services you are entitled to is determined by the funds you paid and applicable provider terms, not by any market price of TOTOz.

Key risks include regulatory changes, technology and security risks, service provider performance, and jurisdiction‑specific legal and tax considerations. Users are responsible for understanding these risks and obtaining their own professional advice.
